The city of Chandler, Arizona in the USA will become the new sister city to Tullamore tommorrow (Saturday 28th February). The Mayor of Chandler will sign the agreement on Saturday morning in downtown Chandler (image below) in the Irish Pub 'Murphys Law'. The population of Chandler is around 240,000 and famous residents include the rapper Ice-T and country musician Waylon Jennings.

Subway has opened another branch of its popular fast 'healthy' food chain in Tullamore. The new Subway will provide lots of healthy lunches to the various secondary schools in the town as well as workers in the area. What do people think of the new Subway in Tullamore.
